<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This Fusion Yoga class combines yoga inspired moves and interval strength training into one low/no impact class to help rebuild strength, flexibility, and stamina after having a baby. This class has been designed specifically for new moms who are ready to get their bodies moving again after giving birth and are looking for a community of other new moms to cheer each other on and lift each other up. As a new mom herself, Jess understands some of the struggles involved in being able to attend a class when you have a little one, which is why bringing your *up to 18 month old* baby is highly encouraged! You'll be so busy snuggling, bonding, and interacting with your precious little one throughout the moves, you won't realize how much of a workout you're getting!</span></p>
