<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Part 1 -</strong> Herbal Allies for Supported Rest: <strong>Tuesday, AUGUST 3RD AT 7** NEW DATE</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Part 2 -</strong> Yin Yoga & Breathwork for Supported Rest: <strong>Tuesday, July 20th at 7 p.m.</strong></span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong><span class="s1">$40 for both or $25 per class</span></strong></p>
<p class="p3"><span class="s1">Elevate your wellness by learning about yoga poses & herbal wellness practices that calm and release your body, so that you can rest in a nourished way.</span></p>
<p class="p3"><span class="s1"><strong>Part 1 (July 13th)</strong> of this workshop will be a lesson on herbal allies that support calmness, rest & overall wellness and how to incorporate them into your daily life. Participants will have an opportunity to have hands-on experience making herbal ally preparations that they can take home. Bring a journal and a pen.</span></p>
<p class="p3"><span class="s1"><strong>Part 2 (July 20th)</strong> of this workshop will consist of learning how to incorporate yoga poses and breathing exercises that support rest into your daily life. Enjoy a Yin Yoga practice that includes restful, supported poses, calming breathwork and a soothing meditation. Yin Yoga is a passive practice that consists of long, supported holds to access the fascia and deeper connective tissues to improve overall health. Join us for rested wellness and connecting to the earth. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Herbal beverages & treats will be available for your enjoyment for both workshops.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Meg Affonso</strong> (she/her) is a body positive + sex positive artist, healer and experienced yoga teacher based in the Albany, NY area. Meg has been a student of yoga for over 20 years and she began teaching others the practice in the spring of 2008. Meg has a professional background in the performance & culinary arts and she uses her knowledge of food, yoga & the arts to help people create wellness in their daily lives. She is a Reiki practitioner and she holds a certificate in community herbalism. Her yoga teaching and artistic background have allowed her to reach many people by offering a variety of classes, trainings & workshops. Her mission is to tell stories that matter & to help others find their own path to healing through art and holistic modalities.</span></p>
