<div>New to fitness or just getting back in shape? Join the Club!<br />BFIT, our four-week, small-group, beginner fitness club, starts with the basics of strength and conditioning. We include low-impact cardio intervals that are easy on the joints. You will build strength, flexibility and fluidity using a variety of resistance and weight-training equipment, such as TRX, kettle bells, weighted balls, the barre, and bands. Clients must sign up for all 8 sessions.</div>
