<p>This 60 minute class will start with 20-30 minutes of Yin which needs to be practiced with cold muscles. Yin will begin the practice by decompressing the sympathetic nervous system with passive postures that are held in 3-7 minute intervals to promote permanent flexibility and to break up fascia in the body.</p>
<p>From there, we will begin building heat and energy in the body through the yoking of breath and movement, vinyasa. Vinyasa will work on all major areas of the body, incorporating dynamic movements to increase strength and endurance.</p>

<div><span style="font-weight: 400;">Level 1/2: Beginner level with amplifications for those gaining experience in their practice. Focus is often on the basic shape of postures, and explores the basics of vinyasa or yin yoga. Props are often used. Experience not required.</span></div>
