This Class focus on breath work, combined with stretches, opening channels in our energetic bodies so that we may better absorb and utilize Prana to facilitate healing on deeper levels. There is a strong focus on hip opening stretches.

- Once you have paid for a class, you will receive an email with a link to join that class.
- Click on the link, and Zoom will open for you to join that meeting.
- The teacher will mute all the students before class, or you can do it yourself.
- You can choose to have your own camera turned on or off during your practice.
- If you have any issues with sound or visuals, type it in the chat. The teacher will be checking in with everyone prior to starting on the chat.
