<p class="p2"><span class="s1">This class is appropriate for everyone and especially designed for those beginning a daily practice, seniors, or those post surgery or injury recovery. </span></p>
<p class="p2"><span class="s1">Lauren draws on her background in martial arts as well as her certification as a yoga and body recall instructor to create a well rounded and safe practice to create greater joy and longevity. </span></p>
