As
we head towards the end of the year, the time is right to get to
the heart of the matter. This dynamic series helps us turn inward
and continue our yoga journey with a deeper practice of mindful
awareness. Challenge your edge consciously, build resilience, and
re-balance as we awaken to the
present through the use of pranayama (yogic breathing techniques),
mantra (sound), asana (yoga postures), and meditation
(dhyana). Basic yoga philosophy and Sanskrit language will
be taught throughout the practices. Each session encourages you to
build upon your skills and attune to the wisdom of your body, mind,
and spirit. Previous yoga experience recommended.
This class is in studio only. No recordings will be taken,
and no missed classes will be refunded.
