<div>This 55 minute cardio class is a fun and inspiring way to get your heart rate up and burn calories and fat! The class combines a series of ballet steps that get you dancing like a true ballet dancer while achieving a cardiovascular workout. After the mastering the dance, we switch to ballet jumps and exercises on the mini trampoline in order to keep the heart rate elevated and continue the challenge and fun! Ending with ab, glute and leg exercises on rebounder. A cool down adagio/stretch routine rounds out and finishes the workout for a full ballet dancing experience. Be sure to wear sticky socks!</div>
