<p>There’s no time like the present to start working on mobility and stretching. On one Saturday a month, Lacey Davis from Lifted Lotus Yoga will be running us through a series of deep stretch yoga poses that will help stretch and strengthen muscles which can help overcome and/or avoid injuries.</p>
<p>$5/members $10/non-members. Non-members bring $10 cash day of. </p>
