This class is designed to challenge you mentally and physically. You will be guided through a series of postures, linking movement with your breath. During this practice we hold poses for longer periods of time to challenge both mind and body, to build strength, endurace and heat. Stretching and final rest will transition you back to center.
You will leave feeling empowered and strong in your mind, body, and spirit.
