<p>Here is a yoga class accessible to everyone. Using a chair as the main prop a series of options will be given for each posture, allowing students to find the optimal balance between support and challenge that meets them exactly where they are at that moment. This class will be an exploration of alignment, strength, balance, flexibility, breath, and relaxation.</p>
<p>Also great practice for those who sit at a desk a lot of the time!</p>
