Yoga Nidra, also known as sleep meditation is a deeply relaxing, regenerative form of guided meditation. Students will use the hammock to stretch and then relax into a floating meditation. Meditation is associated with increased relaxation, blood flow and mental clarity, while reducing blood pressure and anxiety. Angela has completed 100 hours of specalized training in Amrit Method Yoga Nidra under the direction of Amrit Desai, founder of Kripalu Yoga.
