<p>Slow Burn classes focus on the breath, building strength and challenging the mind and the body. The slower sequences have longer holds, more and longer balancing poses, and more abs and core than a typical Vinyasa flow. This is a challenging and advanced class and great for yogis who want the challenge of a power class while giving their shoulders a break. Warm 83-85 degrees.</p>
