<p>Strengthen your whole body with kettlebells.</p>
<p>In this workshop, you’ll learn basic movements such as the swing as well as unique kettlebell exercises that are great for core strength, mobility, and joint stability. And you’ll do all this while improving your cardiovascular endurance. You’ll love how versatile kettlebells are and how kettlebell training gives you the cardio you need without the impact on your joints. No boring cardio and no jumping!</p>
<p>Suggested equipment: One 25-35lb kettlebell for swings <strong>plus</strong> one or two 9-15lb kettlebells for other exercises.</p>
<p>Prerequisites for kettlebell training include a foundation in strength and core stability (i.e. good technique with squats, deadlifts, hip thrusts, and planks).</p>
