<div>It can’t be all high-intensity, all the time. Your body needs some recovery time so it can actually benefit from all of the other work you do. Your mind needs some recovery time, too. In this class, we’ll do both.
<p>Join us for a class that will calm your nervous system, help you roll and stretch out those aching muscles and create a general feeling of <em>ahhhhhh</em>. </p>
<p>This 45-minute class is for all levels and can be accessed virtually or in-person.</p>
<p>If joining us virtually here is a list of items you will probably need in this class. It's not the end of the world if you don't have them:</p>
<ul>
<li>Yoga mat or a rug</li>
<li>Yoga block</li>
<li>Foam roller</li>
<li>Yoga strap, towel or scarf to assist with stretches</li>
