This is our cardiovascular conditioning class where you’ll get your heart a-racin’ while remembering just how awesome 80’s music is.
Feel free to wear your neon colors and sweat bands! This 45-minute class is for all levels and can be accessed virtually or in-person.
If joining us virtually here is a list of items you will probably need in this class. It's not the end of the world if you don't have them:
- Yoga mat or a rug for floor exercises
- Maybe a pillow or rolled up yoga mat for padding for your
knee
