Take a pause from your day to soak up a little sweetness in
this relaxing and rejuvenating yoga class. As we slow the flow
down, you can foster a strong and safe yoga practice, with an
emphasis on fundamentals and proper alignment. You will engage your
mind, body and spirit through breath work, movement and guided
meditation. This class will focus on building strength and
flexibility, improving balance and range of motion, dissolving
tension, and creating a deep sense of well-being that will stay
with you long after you leave the mat. This is a mixed-levels class
and beginners are welcome.
