Yin + Breath
This offering involves a deep dive into stretching, breath
work, and slow paced sequences that are not without challenge. In
this class extension poses are held for 3 to 5minutes each, with
great attention to the power of the breath that allows lengthening
and circulation to the connective tissue, facia and muscles. This
class is great for you if you are looking for a deep awareness and
journey into your body, flexibility, alignment and mobility
improvement. People with chronic body pain and restriction may find
this class a helpful aid in healing body restrictions. All levels
are welcome to register, however please be aware this is not an
intro class, this offering requires a committment to stillness and
deep breathing. All pregnant yogis please consult with the
instructor before registering!
