<p>Take a moment, breathe, settle your mind and body, let go—all by the soft glow of candlelight. In this class, we will practice slowing down our breath, our bodies and our minds. Candlelight Slow Flow will begin with a series of grounding and centering poses, move through more active poses to gradually build heat and balance within the body and then slowly warming down to an extended savasana. A perfect mid-week recipe for finishing the week feeling relaxed, refreshed and recharged!</p>
