Yoga Nidra, or Yogic Sleep, is a guided meditation inviting
you to relax, settle, and just be. Dress comfortably and ready to
relax! Props are optional to add comfort under the head, back,
legs, or a blanket to cover yourself. This class is ON DEMAND -
This class is open Sunday - Thursday eahch week, so you can
practice as many times as you would like! Access provided
weekly by studio with password and link sent by the
instructor.
