<div>This class is for intermediate level clients - experience with yoga and pilates is ideal. Prerequisute for this class includes Pilates Mat exerpience, Pilates Equipment experience, Yoga experience, or a combination of these, OR MIS fitness screen with certifited instructor to determine ability to participate. This class is a fast moving, power packed 60 minutes. We will take you through a full body workout focusing on strength, toning muscles, and of course, ABS! But don't worry, we will have you leave relaxed and ready for the day!</div>
