<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This class is for the experienced participant who is injury free. The student needs to have balance (be able to balance standing on 1 foot for example) and feel comfortable in standing on the Reformer while it's moving. The student must also be pretty familiar with the Reformer and have a decent amount of strength, stability on the hips, rib cage and shoulders. The student also needs to have developed excellent control of the machine and the straps while moving it. Due the intensity of this class, the student must be able to hold a curl, complete push up, planks and be comfortable in doing inversions </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Full repertoire of the ADVANCED work includes standing and kneeling work, body weight resistance with added focus on balance within resistance,</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A great challenge and progression for those who attend traditional classes regularly.</span></p>
