<p>This class pairs compatible students into trios on classic Pilates Reformers. Our studio uses combination tower/reformer units. Classes are beginner/newbie, mixed, and intermediate. Regardless of level, each class improves core strength, coordination, and stability and aligns with Joseph Pilates movement principles.</p>
<p>Each class covers a classic designed choreography which includes variations and modifications of all basic patterns of movement to include flexion, extension, side-bending and rotation. </p>
<p>Prerequisites to joining our reformer classes include</p>
<p>-MIS screen for new clients OR have taken at least 10 Private Pilates sessions or reformer classes.</p>
<p>-Knee bending</p>
<p>-Laying on your back</p>
