We will walk you through the exercises step by step - Pilates isn't about the quantity of movement, it's about quality and CONTROL of movement, you will only do each exercise several times then move to the next one! It's a great compliment to other movement systems, as it teaches you to be connected to core stability and alignment to help better support other movement practices (such as weight training, yoga, and more)!
