<p><strong>Warm Level 2 Vinyasa </strong></p>
<p>Designed to build heat in the body. Our intermediate practices are great for students that already have vinyasa (flow) or other yoga experience, as there will be less alignment cueing and more opportunity for free movement. <em>The room will be heated to at least 80ºF.</em></p>
<p>As with all of our classes at Village Yoga, our teachers are highly trained and skilled to offer options for our students. Students are always invited to add to their practice or rest as needed.</p>

<p><strong>Village Yoga COVID 19 Protocol:</strong></p>
<p>- Masks are optional at all times at Village Yoga</p>
<p>- We have yoga mats available for purchase ($20) or for rent ($2)</p>
<p>- Wash or sanitize your hands upon arrival</p>
<p>- Do not enter the studio if you have experienced flu-like symptoms in the past 72 hours </p>
