Starting with a strong flowing vinyasa style designed to open up tight hips and hamstrings, as well as release the neck and shoulders, then onto some challenging balance and core work. Level will depend on the participants in the class, with options for ALL levels. We will finish up with a bit of rolling for self-myofascial release (SMR). This technique can help almost everyone, releasing the tightness while increasing the range of motion. Rolling is very effective and supports the active body. You will feel rejuvenated and ready to go. </p>
