<p>Yin Yoga is a quiet, gentle practice, accessible to all levels of students. Yin yoga includes floor poses held for 3-5 minutes, targeting connective tissue, helping circulation, flexibility and muscle recovery. Mindfulness helps us release stress stored in the tissues, while conscious breathing will generate a calming and nurturing effect. We will also explore some restorative poses to create space for healing and wellbeing.</p>
