Turn up the heat! This is a strong, faster-paced class designed to build strength and flexibility throughout the body. This practice is a full body workout that creates longer, leaner muscles and more mobility.
All classes at Yoga Essence are beginner friendly. Even if you have never done Hot Yoga before, we offer modifications and resting periods for you to take. While we will push you and motivate you to keep going, you will never feel intimidated by honoring your body, your flow. Even experienced practitioners take breaks from time to time, or spend half the class in child's pose!
Hot Yoga classes explore complex movements, transitions and sequences which could include arm balances and inversions layered over solid foundations. These classes may incorporate deeper backbends, hip openers, twists and forward folds.
