In this Open/ALL Level beginner class - it is perfect
for beginners in Level 1or Level 2, our super small classes will
allow the instructor to tailor for students.
If you have never participated in a Pole Fitness/Pole Dancing
class in the past this is for you! Or if you're working on Level 2
materials and trying to climb/sit or invert come on in!
In this class we will cover the fundamentals that you will
need before moving onwards to the next level. This class if full of
fun and energy so bring a friend and be prepared to fall head over
heels with Pole Fitness/ Pole Dancing!
