High-intensity interval training at any level of fitness. On this walk, you will get your heart rate up with alternating sets of incline cardio exercise, active recovery periods, body weight exercise, and a cool down.
Join us for six weeks of all outdoors fun! Get to know your neighborhoods! We will meet at EHS Pilates Studio and stay local, utilizing the abundant hills and stairways.
