<p>For clients new to Pilates and/or Reformer work, learn the Pilates basic principles and the "Level 1" exercises on the Pilates Reformer. Come prepared for a total body workout with focus on the core muscles of the body. Using a specially designed piece of equipment that allows for over 200 exercises. Your body is taken to a new level using springs and pulleys to increase the work load, and also to assist with stretching and toning. This class will expand on the Pilates basic principles and work towards learning the full "Level 1" Pilates exercise program.</p>
