We will offer three different classes back to back. You can sign up for one, two or all three!
The 3pm class is a 45min PYB 45 Class. We recommend this class for those who participated in the 2pm Basics right before or for those who have at least a little bit of yoga experience. The class will move at a quicker pace than the basics, giving you the perfect balance of breath and flow.
Our teachers will support you and your practice with intentional cueing and language that keeps you connected to your body and breath throughout class. The room will be warm. Please bring a mat, towel and water with you.
