<p>We will offer three different classes back to back. You can sign up for one, two or all three!</p>
<p class="p1"><strong>The 4pm class is a 45min PYBRestored class.</strong> This class will be the ultimate slow down for your body and mind. We recommend this class for anyone who participated in the other Yogathon classes or anyone who is just looking for some deep stretching and relaxation. You can expect a longer meditation and Yin Yoga stretching. The room will be warm but we will not be moving up and down as much as we will in the other classes throughout the day. Please bring a mat, towel(for joint support), and water.</p>
