YOGA FOR THE SOUL(MATES!) - Beginner/Open Level - ONLINE CLASS
Yoga is a process of self-exploration, self-acceptance, and

One of the ways we can practice yoga is through the movement of physical postures or “asanas”. As no two bodies are built the same, and each individual is at a different point of their journey, how physical postures look is not so important as how they feel in your body. Accessibility and safe embodiment is key!
By focusing on feeling-based alignment and the conscious connection of the breath, mind, and body through dynamic movement, Lauren will help guide you to better connect with, understand, and appreciate your own body and mind. Whether it is to de-stress, reset, improve your mobility, build strength, or detoxify your body, Lauren has you covered!

- Towel (for sensitive knees)
- Blocks (or sturdy books/drink bottles to make postures more
accessible)
- No shoes or socks required
