This workshop will focus on potential positive and negative impacts on your immune system and the steps you can take every day to ensure that you are keeping your system strong.</p>
<p class="p1"><strong>Session 4. Stress Management and Work-Life Balance </strong>Stress is inevitable, but it's how we manage it that makes all the difference. As life changes constantly, we are faced with the challenge of having to deal with the stresses that may come with these changes. This workshop will give you the tools you need to manage the stressors that come your way as well as gain an understanding of how to regain our balance when things feel out of control.</p>
