“Gershone and Flavía Krishna deliver sacred and heartfelt music! This sweet duo offers a rare and eclectic talent - from multicultural mantras to a deeply healing sound bath - it's a profound pleasure to have them perform at the studio”.

A restorative journey within the Yoga Nidra modality, to relieve and harmonize all systems in the body, especially the nervous system. We use the healing frequency of colors and a variety of instruments and mantras to clear, balance, and activate our power centers (chakras) and healing abilities.
About the facilitators:
Flávia Krishna is originally from Brazil, and started her Bhakti Yoga path in the early 90's, within the Gaudiya Vaishnava lineage, through the teachings of A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada. Her love for music, combined with devotion, found the perfect expression through the practice of Kirtan.
Krishna is part of a group of incredible musicians from Brazil who lead a movement called Canários Brancos (White Canaries), sacred artists dedicated to spreading Unity Consciousness and healing through sound vibrations in praise of Divine Mother Goddess, and the various expressions in which Divinity manifests. Krishna sings and plays the mridangam, Naal, kartals, and harmonium. She is inspired and excited to be awakening and sharing this serving with All!
Gershone has been traveling as a musician since 2002. Touring the country with bands like DubConscious and Rahasya, Gershone has found himself in the heart of the Mantra Music genre, playing big name festivals from Bhaktifest to Bonnaroo with a variety of well-loved music artists including Wah!, David Newman, and Brenda McMorrow. In 2015, he spent six weeks in northern India studying Indian classical music. Gershone sings and plays the harmonium and is inspired to share his love of Kirtan with people everywhere!
