<div dir="auto">Kickboxing Barre is a fun, energetic workout that combines Pilates, Yoga, and Ballet. This class will sculpt and shape long lean muscles without the impact on your joints. <span style="font-size: 10pt;">We will build strength and endurance while also improving balance and flexibility. </span><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Barre improves core strength and posture while toning your entire body. </span></div>

<div dir="auto">Light hand weights, balls, gliders, yoga blocks, and resistance bands are sometimes used but workouts can be done without any equipment. Folding chairs may be used and will be supplied for in-studio class. All experience levels are welcome. </div>
