This
workshop gives you the opportunity to ask the big questions as you
move slowly and safely into several core postures. Learn how props
and modifications can personalize your experience, giving you the
confidence to support your body's needs in group classes.
Although
great for those new to yoga, we are ALL beginner's, so this
workshop is also a perfect brush up or reminder of your base
practice. Not a terrible idea to go ahead and take a couple group
classes before taking this workshop, just so you can come with
questions!

fear, doubt, or misunderstanding prevent you from feeling the
transformational benefits of yoga!
Please
arrive in comfortable, breathable clothing. Bring water and a yoga
mat if you have one, but we have mats if you do not.
