Get ready to feel energized with Reformer FIIT. This fun series blends Functional Interval Intensity Training (FIIT) with Reformer Pilates-inspired moves to increase your strength, flexibility, and endurance. This 45 min class takes you through a controlled warm up, followed by fun, energetic bursts of movement on and off the Reformer machine, ending with active stretching and cool down. Some classes may include the jumpboard and/or Tabata style timing to really get the heart rate up and you sweating. Classes may also include the magic circle, ball and bands to really get you moving.
