<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We will work with strengthening the core muscles and the deep core fascia line to improve how you move and to support great posture with minimal effort. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">You will learn how to modify some familiar yoga postures, including using the wall, to</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;">optimise your capacity to access your strength and flexibility to support optimal spine health. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">We will also explore the breath and how it supports spine health. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /></span></p>
