<p>Yoga philosophy shares many elements with Positive Psychology. In this 3-hour workshop we will discuss yoga teachings about cultivating gratitude. This workshop will include general information as well as a guided practice of movement, breathing, and meditation. Take a little time to build your connections and find practices to help you connect to the gifts of your life.</p>
<p>This class will be led by Dr. Kim Allen, a certified 500-hour teacher and 500-hour yoga therapist through the American Viniyoga Institute. Kim has her doctorate in Health Education and has been teaching yoga since 1996 to a wide range of specialty populations.</p>
