Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a guided and meditative practice designed to help the body and mind ease into a deeply rejuvenative state. Class begins with a little bit of gentle movement to prepare the body to comfortably lie in a restorative shape for the ramainer of practice. Open to all levels.

This in-studio class is currently capped at 12 students to provide comfortable distancing. Because space is limited, we ask that you please register for class ahead of time to reserve your spot. If you register for class and do not show up, you will still be charged your session.
