Booty Barre is a dance conditioning class that implements some of the basic movements of ballet with Pilates priciples. This is a well-rounded flow strength, balance flexibliity and agility. The first 10 minutes we heat up exploring planes of motion that leads into 15 minutes of upper body strength training with light hand weights. The next segment we use a chair as our barre to work our whole body with a lower body emphasis. We resume with floorwork focusing on our abdomen and cool down streching.
