<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Some yogis consider Chaturanga a transition rather than a posture, solely based on the fact you are in it for only a moment of time. This in itself is one reason why this transition/pose is lacking intelligent cuing in a yoga class. Chaturanga is an integral part of a vinyasa class but can be exceptionally challenging. This workshop will have a 75 minute vinyasa practice that will provide the groundwork for strengthening your lats, pecs, shoulders, and forearms; all areas of the body to help you do chaturanga with precision. During our yoga intensive we will also spend time exploring some chaturanga preparations, various modifications, and how to effectively and safely transition from plank to chaturanga. </span></p>
