Zumba and Zumba Strong are classes that will get you moving in a fun workout. It is some dancing, but more cardio and strength training movements.
Classes will be a mix of Zumba and Zumba Strong so if you want something less intensive – it’s there! If you wants something more of a workout – its your option!
Zumba Fitness is based on the integration of dance moves and cardio exercises for a full body workout. Zumba Strong is a high intensity interval class — think burpees, pushups, and other high-impact moves — that’s synced to specific music. Emily plans to combine the two – depending on what the class energy dictates.
You will feel challenged and you will sweat! Emily was a certified Zumba Instructor in 2010 for 3 years and recently re-certified in November of 2020and is licensed to teach Strong Nation as of August 2021.
