<p>Jumpstart your day and wake up with this 45-minute Vinyasa Flow style yoga class designed to help you center, stretch, sweat a little and most importantly, take time for yourself. With an eccletic mix of music playing in the background, there will be enough smiles and laughter to go around. All levels of experience welcome (and encouraged).</p>
<p>Laura completed her official yoga teacher training at Yogaview Chicago and since has all received additional certifications for prenatal and family/kids yoga. She got her start as an instructor teaching yoga to marathoners to help them stay healthy during their rigorous training. She liked that so much that she then moved on to teach regular classes at several local Chicago yoga studios--including workshops for athletes and the occasional yoga weekend retreat. </p>
