This Pre-Intermediate Acro training program is designed for those that want to progress their acro skills to the Intermediate level. Dancers can expect to continue working on acro balances, proper handstand and bridge technique, build strength and endurance, and progress flexibility safely. We will also be goal setting and working towards personal goals. Weekly flexibility & strength homework will be assigned.
For this program, you will need: 2 yoga blocks, yoga/acro mat, folding chair, resistance band, and some wall space. This class will take place for 45 minutes, 3 times a week for 12 weeks. Every 4 weeks, dancers will get a 1 week break from online classes.
Minimum requirement: some previous acro/gymnastics experience and willingness to learn!
