<p>This Intermediate acro training program is designed for those that want to progress their acro skills to the advanced level. You can expect to learn different acro balances, limbering/walkover skills and handstands, build strength and endurance, and progress bridge & back flexibility safely. We will also be goal setting and working towards personal goals. </p>
<p><strong>Minimum requirement: </strong>bridge down and recover, handstand kick up at the wall (both sides), head stand (10 seconds), 10 V-Snaps, 1 minute plank. </p>
<p><strong>You will need:</strong> 2 yoga blocks, yoga/acro mat, folding chair, resistance band, foam roller, and some wall space.</p>
