Work on bridges and progressions towards front limbers/walkovers and back kick overs/walkovers. Once you achieve front and back walkovers, we will work on different walkover variations.
Skill Requirements: down to bridge from standing
and recover.
If you do not have the minimum requirement, you are welcome to sign
up to work towards your bridge down and recover before working on
your walkovers.
