<p>You're in yoga class and the teacher tells you to "Take your vinyasa". You look at the teacher, gracefully flowing through wave like movements, up and down. You look at other students, no one is really doing the same thing. You flow like fish through poses you aren't quite sure of yet, cramp a toe, and wind up in down dog.</p>
<p>WTF is a vinyasa, hOMie???</p>
<p>This 2 hr workshop will introduce you to the concept of vinyasa yoga and finally break down what it means to "take your vinyasa".</p>
<p>Emphasis will be placed on the classic vinyasa with teachings of intention woven through. Topics covered include alignment of postures with modifications/amplifications, various styles of vinyasas, how to breathe and cue breath through vinyasa, an intensive Q&A, and a bonus savasana soundbath.</p>
<p>This workshop is most ideal for those with some yoga experience looking to refine portions of their practice and yoga teachers interested in refining teaching skills. Beginners are welcome but this is not specifically a beginner workshop.</p>
<p>2 CEU's will be available for Yoga Alliance registered RYT's.</p>
